A great place to eat with family, friends, or that alone time meal. The staff are amazing and very customer friendly.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a milkshake. There was only one car in front of me at the window, but it took over ten minutes for them to get their order. When I got to the window, the cashier takes my money then hands me a completely melted milkshake. I tried to hand it back to her and said, "This is melted." She just looked at me like I was an idiot and said, "It's because it's hot outside." I said, "No, it's because it just sat here for ten minutes." She just looked at me and never offered an apology or to make a new one. If they aren't going to keep the line moving, they should at least wait before making a milkshake so it doesn't sit on the counter beside the window for 10 minutes.
One of my favorite fast food restaurants with good sized portions reasonable prices and good taste. At times the wait can be a little long.
Some days they're decent, but most days they're horrible. Way better Hardee's exist.
I visited the Hartford location this morning at 7:20 (a.m.) I live in Hartford and go to school in Geneva Al. I was hungry and had just enough time to spend a few minutes in the drive-thru. No one was in front of me. I sat at the speaker and waited for my order to be taken, or to be told they would be with me soon. I listened and waited for nothing. Three minutes pass and I say hello twice into the speaker. I still get no reply. At this point there are four cars behind me waiting. It’s 7:23 and I have yet to get my order taken. I understand the whole drive-thru time taking 3-5 minutes but not just to get my order taken. This is “fast food”, isn’t it? After no reply I drove off. In my rear view mirror,after I’m a good ways down the road, I can see the car that was behind me in the drive-thru still sitting at the speaker waiting to place their order. This happens more than not. Just take a look at the google reviews for this location. Another example, of this happening to me is a few months ago. I stopped at the Hardee’s location in Hartford before work. It was around 8:30-9:00 (A.M.) I waited for my order to be taken and again nothing. I said hello into the speaker, nothing. I drove around the building to leave and a manager was outside on the phone smoking a cigarette and ther was a cashier standing in the window. There were NO cars in front of me! I drove to Geneva. I went to the Geneva Hardee’s. There was a few people ahead of me in the line but the line still moved faster than the Hartford location’s ever has. My order was taken very fast at the Geneva location and I was on my way. The drive-thru time in Hartford is terrible!
